TEXTURES AND LIGHT

TEXTURES AND LIGHT is a photobook zine with several of my original photographs exploring the visual architecture of texture and light through a lens. This zine also incorporates typewriter-made materials and is completely handmade.

Like all of my zines, this one involved a lot of walking. But each photograph in this zine comes from the experience of stopping, slowing down, being awestruck, and noticing the tiniest little thing.

Much like my CONTRAST AND GRAIN photobook, all of these photographs were taken somewhere in North Carolina. Most are from Durham or Wilmington.
